Phyllis Wilson has been in the mortgage business for more than 20-years. Her experience began as a loan processor and she quickly rose through the ranks to become a Mortgage Sales Consultant three years later. She excelled in sales becoming a senior Loan Officer with her company and was a member of the "Leader Club" five years in a row. Joining Gilpin Mortgage in 1995, Phyllis has shared her expertise of FHA, VA and conventional financing with borrowers and their real estate sales associates. Based in Greenville, Phyllis also has extensive experience in jumbo financing as well as 1st time home buyer and niche mortgage product lending.

Born in Baltimore, Phyllis, her husband John and their two children make their home in North Wilmington. Phyllis is also an approved instructor for the Delaware Association of Realtors and is licensed to provide mortgage financing in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
