Bio
Cindy has been a professional in the mortgage industry for over 18 years. She started with Gilpin in 1989 and was our Senior Underwriter prior to the move to the Dover Sales office in February 2000. Ms. Thurman has also received advanced training and / or certifications of excellence in Mortgage Underwriting from the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Fannie Mae (FNMA), Freddie Mac (FHLMC), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Veterans Administration (VA) and Microsoft.

Cindy is a Graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Business Administration Degree. She is a member of Kent County Association of Realtors, is Licensed to Originate loans in the state of MD and is an approved instructor for Delaware Association of Realtors.
