• eStatus - With eStatus you can find out your current balance, payment and escrow information with just a few clicks. It’s easy to get set up for eStatus. Just follow the instructions.
  
  
• ACH Mortgage Payments - Never worry about a mortgage payment being late! Sign up for ACH payment now. It’s easy. Just print the required ACH Form (PDF) and mail it back to us with a voided check from the account from which you’d like the withdrawal. Fast, easy, no worries.

 

Common Mortgage Servicing Questions

What is an "ACH" payment?
ACH stands for "Automated Clearing House" and refers to an electronic debit from a checking or savings account, commonly known as a direct debit.

How quickly is my ACH payment processed?
We draw from your account on the 5th of each month automatically.

How long does it take to get up and running on ACH once you receive my form?
Gilpin will notify you when the automatic payment will begin. UNTIL THAT TIME, PLEASE CONTINUE TO MAKE YOUR REGULAR PAYMENT ON TIME.
